Where prohibited conduct is detected, bte88 may, without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; confiscate any balance in the account; void any open bets; and/or report the account holder to relevant authorities. Any decision taken by bte88 in response to detected prohibited conduct is final and binding.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

bte88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited activity; (c) the account holder is, or has become, ineligible to use the Platform; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or to other users.

Upon termination of an account, any outstanding balance that has not been subject to a freeze, forfeiture, or pending investigation will be returned to the account holder via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification of identity. Accounts closed at the request of the player under the self-exclusion programme will not be reopened during the agreed exclusion period under any circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bte88 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software interfaces, game assets provided by bte88 directly, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the proprietary property of bte88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bte88.

10. Amendments to These Terms
